About the Instructor:

Heather McIntyre is an Indigenous Life and Wellness Coach (CLC) (CHC) in the Collingwood and surrounding areas. She has been working within the community helping people grow their personal bundles of identity for over 7 years.

Heather weaves Western and Indigenous teachings to educate, empower, and grow self connection, understanding, and awareness for building foundations of personal change and independence.

This workshop will give you the chance to:
