Wye Marsh will be temporarily closed as of 5:00pm on December 23, 2020. All trails and the Visitor Centre will be closed. Updates on the facility's re-opening to follow as available.
Current Trail Conditions
Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre's trail system is closed.
There is flooding and a partial trail closure on the Waterfront ID Trail, and the Muskrat Loop. Please hike with caution, and note that you cannot pass these closures.
Ski Trails are not yet groomed.

Hiking Trails during COVID-19:
There are specific one way entry and ext points to Wye Marsh's trails as we work through the phases of our re-opening amid COVID-19. Please refer to the map below.
Explore both woodland & wetland trails, featuring the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence forest region and a provincially significant wetland (cattail marsh). The majority of our trails are hard packed and suitable for a variety of assistive devices, strollers and wagons.
Cross Country Ski Trails:
We've got over 25 beautiful kilometers to explore - and if you need them, the rentals to help you do it. From beginner to experienced, come discover cross country skiing at Wye Marsh!
