September 16th - Walk the Marsh

September 26th - Chair Yoga

A gentle chair yoga session surrounded by the peaceful sights and sounds of nature. This all-levels class will guide you through mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to help improve flexibility, reduce stress, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class is designed to be accessible, supportive, and restorative.
September 30th - Bird Identification Walk

A leisurely birdwatching walk through the beautiful trails, where we’ll listen, look, and learn about the birds that call this area home. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced birder, this outing is a great way to sharpen your bird ID skills, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with nature.
Led by an experienced guide, we’ll explore bird habitats, observe behavior, and use both visual and auditory clues to identify species. Binoculars and field guides will be available to borrow, and the pace will be relaxed with plenty of stops for listening and spotting.
October 6th - Tree Identification Walk

A peaceful and engaging Tree Identification Walk. This slow-paced, accessible walk offers the opportunity to connect with nature, engage the senses, with hands on exploration.
Led by a knowledgeable and compassionate guide, we’ll explore a short trail, pausing to identify and learn about a variety of trees through their leaves, bark, and shape.
October 16th - Forest Bathing

Step into the forest and experience the healing power of nature through Forest Bathing, a gentle, guided walk designed to engage your senses and calm the mind. Rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, forest bathing invites you to slow down and notice the sights, sounds, and scents of the natural world around you.
This is not a hike or fitness walk, it’s a mindful experience that helps reduce stress, improve mood, and enhance overall well-being. With the support of a trained guide, participants will be invited to engage in a series of simple, nature-based activities that encourage relaxation, presence, and connection.

October 30th - Turtle Demonstration

A fun and educational turtle demonstration where you’ll meet live turtles and learn all about these fascinating, slow-moving reptiles. Discover the unique features of each species, how they survive in the wild, and what you can do to help protect them.
